Concept-

The concept behind this house is to create a semi-open environment around the house and also giving the privacy to the users. The exterior walls are thick to maintain the temperature inside the house. Side yard is provided for gardening purpose, it also gives natural light and ventilation to bedroom 2.

The entrance of the property opens up to a spacious porch, perfect for parking a car. There is a garden in the left side of the porch for plantation purpose. The porch leads to the east-facing entrance of the living and dining room, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pooja room is placed in the northeast direction, aligning with Vastu Shastra principles. Next to the pooja room is the front bedroom with attached bathroom.

A small passageway connects the living area to other parts of the house. Adjacent to the dining area, you’ll find a powder room, staircase and a store room. The entrance of the property takes you to the porch which leads you to the living room. The living room is a hospitable area where a wealth of windows embellish the height of the space.
