30 X 50 House Plan North Facing With Vastu

The entrance of the property opens up to a spacious porch, perfect for parking a car. There is a garden in the left side of the porch for plantation purpose. The porch leads to the east-facing entrance of the living and dining room, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pooja room is placed in the northeast direction, aligning with Vastu Shastra principles. Next to the pooja room is the front bedroom with attached bathroom.

A small passageway connects the living area to other parts of the house. Adjacent to the dining area, you’ll find a powder room, staircase and a store room. The kitchen is designed with an open layout, it is located in the southeast direction with laundry room. The second bedroom is positioned in the southwest direction with a side-yard and an attached bathroom.

Upstairs, as you step into the foyer, you’re greeted by a lounge area. Next to the lounge area is bedroom 4 with attached bathroom. A small Passage leads to other two bedrooms. The main entrance was in the left side of property. Entrance opens to a porch that can be used to park a car. There is a garden in right side of porch. After the porch there is a small veranda 7’ wide. The veranda leads you to the living area which gets sunlight and ventilation from window open towards garden. The living area is connected with drawing/ dining area. The drawing area is connected with study room and a small corridor leads to the kitchen , bedroom and common toilet. The bedroom has attached bathroom. The kitchen is attached with store room and wash/ laundry area.

Through circular staircase you enters the lounge area of the first floor. The lounge area is connected with a bedroom and open terrace. The bedroom has a dressing area, bathroom and a sit-out balcony.
