The entrance of the property takes you to the porch that can be used to park two wheelers and also leads upstairs. The living area ( placed in north direction ) is connecting every space together. The kitchen & dining area ( placed in south-east direction ) is a chef’s dream, ample counter space, wash area and store room. Bedroom 1 ( placed in north-west direction ) have access to common bathroom. Bedroom 2 ( placed in south-west direction )is adjacent to kitchen & dining area with attached bathroom.

When you enter through the gate, there is a parking area where you can park a car. The size of this area is 11’4″ x 14’16”. There is a small area in front of bedroom for gardening purpose. When you come inside the house, it takes you to living & dining area. The size of this room is 16′ 2 1/2″ x 10’11 1/2″. There is a staircase to go up from dining area toward the first floor.

The living area is connecting every space together. Beyond living area is a small passage connecting bedroom( 9′ x 12’7 1/2″ ), kitchen(9’5 1/2″ x 8’7 1/2″ ), bathroom (4’5″ x 6’2 1/2″ ) with the living area. The bedroom and bathroom is getting ventilation from laundry area which is open to sky.
