Concept-

The concept behind this house is to create a semi-open environment around the house and also giving the privacy to the users. The side yard from both sides gives ventilation and sunlight to all the spaces. All the spaces have access to sunlight and natural ventilation with maintaining the privacy of users.

The entrance of the property takes you to the porch that can be used to park a car. Porch leads to front east facing main entrance sit-out for outdoor sitting. The living area placed in north direction is spacious with large windows. Living & dining area is connecting all the spaces together, dining have easy access to powder room and kitchen. Sliding door are provided in dining area so that the user can take advantage of 3’6″ wide side yard. Kitchen is placed in south East direction with wash area.

All the bedrooms are connected to a small passage from dining area. Master Bedroom places in south west direction gets ventilation and sunlight from side yard with sliding doors.
